The team of staff at Villa Aan have been thoughtfully recruited, their aim is to look after every guest with true Lombok style and hospitality.
Villa manager Your Manager is responsible for the overall operation of your villa including staffing and assuring your satisfaction. Should you have any extra requirements at all, our villa manager will be more than happy to assist you both in and out of the villa. Villa attendants The Villa Attendants are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and evening turn-down services. The day shift is typically from 6.30am to 4pm. These hours are flexible and depend on your needs, and can be adjusted to fit your schedule. The second shift works from 2pm until 10pm, and the third from 11pm – 7am. Don’t be afraid to ask staff to pop out to pick something up for you. We’re happy to help you on your holiday. The kitchen Our head chef, assisted by a cook prepare elegant local and international dishes from breakfast to dinner.
The swimming pool and grounds A discreet team of two maintain the pristine outdoor areas, tending to the garden and pool at the villa along with our maintenance man — always on hand to ensure all villa workings run smoothly. Spa and massage Off-site, fully-trained spa staff will visit the villa upon request to provide a range of spa and massage treatments. Security staff and drivers The villa is kept safe and secure by our security team 24 hours a day. Drivers work during the day.
Living area
The living areas comprise 300sqm of indoor and outdoor living space, including a sunken seating area by the pool and the sea views.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
4 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are completely open to enjoy cool breezes.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with european appliances, a full sized double fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The generous dining area is designed to accomodate 10 people.
Swimming pool
Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the 100sqm infinity pool that wraps around two sides of the living area. Depths vary from 1.3m — 2.7m.
Cooling
We avoid the use of air conditioning which is harmful to the environment. Instead, the house is designed to maximise the use of natural breezes and cross-ventilation through the open design and shade provided by its situation and wide eaves.

Enjoy super fast fibre broadband at the villa. USB charging ports are available throughout.
